Select the web browser you’d like to use. I use Chrome or Firefox. If you have trouble close the browser you’re using and use a different one.
Once online, close all the extra tabs that you have open to make your video download faster.

On my Home page scroll down and click on the Premium Video Membership button.
Scroll down and click the Subscribe button on the membership plan you’d like to have.
The membership will now be in your cart. Click on the Checkout button.
On the Checkout page fill in your contact and billing information. Scroll down and check the, I have read and agree to the website terms on the FAQs.
Click on the Subscribe button.
Congratulations! You’re a Premium Video Member!
How to access and set up your account.
In the main menu on the top of my website Home page click on My Account.
The first time you go to your account you gain access using the email address you used to become a member. You will be prompted to create a username and a password.
The second time, and every time thereafter you go to My Account and gain access using your username and password.
Scroll down and click on Downloads or My Subscription on the left side menu. This opens a list of all the video titles you have access to.
Scroll down and click on the pink box with the video title you want to download. The video will automatically download to your device. It takes a minute or less to download the video. If it takes longer move closer to your internet modem. For the best results plug your computer directly into your internet modem.
On the bottom left side of your screen you will see a box with the download in progress. The box is sometimes in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Before opening your downloaded video file make a new dedicated folder to store all your Premium Membership Videos and pattern eBooks. There are several places you can make a new folder on your device. I go to my Desktop on my computer and right click. A new window pops up. Click New and then Folder. Hover over the words new folder and type a new name for the folder. I used Video Membership Downloads.
Find your Downloads folder on your device and open it. Your recent Premium Video Membership video download file will be listed there by date or alphabetically by name.
Click on the video file and drag it into your new Video Membership Downloads folder on your desktop.

Quick Tips: for quick, easy access to your Premium Video Membership.
1. Close all browser tabs except my website to increase your video download speed.
2. If your video is slow to download plug your computer into your internet modem with a cable to make downloading your videos faster and easier.
5. If you have trouble close your internet browser and use a different one. Firefox and Chrome work well.
6. Computers, tablets, phones, operating systems, and browsers all work differently. If something isn’t working, change devices or browsers.

Do a long hold on the video download link (with your fingertip like you want to select or copy something).
“Options” will pop up.
Click download linked file.
Find the file in your app called files.

HELPFUL HINT: Make a NEW FOLDER just for your videos PRIOR to starting the video. Then SAVE the video there so you can find it easily in the future for unlimited viewing. Enjoy!
If you’re having trouble. When you start to play the video, you’re streaming off my website. It’s not until you right click on the video and save it to your device that you have possession of the file. If you’re streaming off my website and your signal is weak or gets interrupted, it can cause the video to stop or disappear. Follow the directions above and save the video to a folder on your device as soon as you can. Then you can easily retrieve the video and view it at your convenience.

How to ACCESS and SAVE your eBooks
CLICK on the eBook link. It should automatically download to the DOWNLOAD folder on your device. Go to the download folder to access the eBook. You can find it by name or date. Then copy and paste the file to a new dedicated folder of your choice.
HELPFUL HINT: Make a NEW FOLDER just for your eBooks PRIOR to opening the link. Then save the eBook there so it’s easy to find in the future for unlimited viewing. Enjoy!

Care Instructions for Printed Artwear Apparel and Tote Bags
We put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect custom designs for you. We want you to know how to take care of your artwear in the best way possible!
We use high-quality inks that won’t fade for a long time if taken care of properly. We suggest following these special care instructions to ensure your printed items look and feel great.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
Printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print and shrinking of the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date.
Custom Orders Are Welcome: Ask an artist! For a free design consultation, email a short description of your project to our designer Lisa Lisa@lisajvogt.com Custom orders are priced per project, a $100.00 minimum applies. Upon your approval the order must be paid in full including packing and shipping. Please allow 6 or more weeks, depending on the size of your project, for fabrication and delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 1 week of the delivery date for the best way to proceed.
Original Glass Artwork
My commitment to you: Every piece of glass art is a signed original. Each one is made with great care and close attention to detail. Slight variations in the exact finished dimensions, color, thickness, number and size of bubbles are expected and welcomed for the personalized character they provide.
Warranty on Original Glass Artwork: All original artwork has a warranty against structural defect for 30 days after purchase date. Our warranty is limited to repair or equal value replacement of the artwork. Our warranty does not cover dropped or misused artwork, including exposure to extreme heat or cold.
Returns: We make every effort to accurately represent the artwork with the photos. If you have questions, or would like additional photos, please ask before making a purchase. Refunds will be given only on undamaged artwork in resalable condition returned in the original packaging. Returns must be pre-approved before shipping. Claims must be made within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. Return shipping costs apply.
Shipping: Artwork and other products shipped from our Wesley Chapel, Florida location ship via USPS, UPS or DHL ground within 48 hours, or next business day, after your payment is received, unless otherwise noted on the product page. All artwork is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery to you.
Packing and Shipping charges are in addition to the price of the artwork. Items valued under $100.00 are automatically insured against loss and damage. Upon order confirmation you’ll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. We’re happy to combine items to save you shipping costs.
Items valued over $100.00 will be insured against loss or damage at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise noted in the product description. Uninsured artwork valued over $100.00 is not returnable or refundable.
International shipping cost on original artwork is estimated after the artwork is purchased, packed and weighed.
