Classes and Workshops

What Students Say

“My whole experience with glass artist Lisa Vogt was, in a word, excellent. She is a very patient teacher and was aware of experience level and the progress of my project the entire time. She has an excellent studio with plenty of room which made my experience so comfortable. Creative energy was all around me when I was in her studio, emanating from Lisa. She has balanced the creative experience with fused glass technical knowledge that has become a significant building block for me. I highly recommend her for anyone interested in an exceptional experience in creating, growing, learning and producing fused glass art.” -Mary E.

“Outstanding workshop! I loved the organization of class and materials and the individualized instruction. Lisa is able to keep each student with different abilities moving along and creating beautiful pieces. I was surprised how much we accomplished in the class.” – Susan D.

“My favorite thing about the class was everything! Really enjoyed the diversity of the projects and getting to work on so many in one week. I was surprised by how much I learned and how quickly time passed each day. I also enjoyed the personalized instruction.

“Lisa, you did an awesome job of keeping on task during the workshop and also it was very inspiring and relaxing to create in your atmosphere.” – Lisa R.
“My favorite thing about the class was learning how to make sculptures, the different techniques, and all the different aspects of working with the glass. Lisa was very informative and very knowledgeable. She is an excellent teacher, and I will come back for another class.” – Terry G.

Making original art and igniting artistic creativity is my passion.

A few times a year I open my private studio and home to 4 enthusiastic students to explore innovative kiln forming techniques and expand our creative experience. My workshops are hard-core fusing in a relaxed, nurturing environment.

For more than 35 years I’ve been helping glass artists break through and reach their full potential.

What are you waiting for? It’s your turn to shine. Let’s get together and fuse glass!
